What attacked the cattle?

LHAKPA SHERPANI, a teenage Nepalese shepherd girl reported in 1975 that her cattle had been attacked. She described the attacker to the police: it had a black face, she said, and it looked something like a man, but it was covered with black and brown hair. A strip of white hair ran down its chest to its stomach and another white strip ran from the center of its forehead to the top of the head. It had Grey, thick eyebrows, round eyes, black lips and a large mouth with big white teeth, like those of a human .the fingers were thick with long nails and its feet looked like human feet, except they were covered with hair. The local police were convinced that girl had seen the abominable snowman.
